Contract Bottling
IDL are experts in Contract Bottling, which enables the customer to deliver their completed beverage liquid to IDL to be stored in stainless steel tanks until the product is due for packaging by IDL.
Beverage Creation
IDL are New Product Development experts and can create the desired beverage product to suit a client brief, scale the product for mass production and package in bottle format.
Creating to a recipe
IDL’s team of beverage development experts can also produce products in line with existing recipes to match current products in market, before bottling them.
15 minute QA checks (screwcap/PVC cap/cork, bottle, labels, label height, carton, interlock, bottle print and carton print)
30 minute QA checks (non-carbonated products) N2 pressure, air pressure, screw cap initial, screw cap bridge, cork vacuum pressure, burst management, pipe control, Filter 1, Filter 2, Filter 3, velcorin dispenser and velcorin strip.
Specific gravity volumes every 30 minutes
