Cider and RTD (ready-to-drink) products are created weekly at IDL. Our expert Cider makers produce flavourful, well rounded cider products. IDL are experts at crafting ready-to-drink products utilising a wide variety of spirit bases including vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon, tequila and rum.

Additional requirements

  • Ciders can be produced to be both Vegan and Gluten Free

  • Ciders can be crafted utilising only Australian ingredients

  • Ciders are membrane filtered pre-packaging

Additional flavours and ingredients can be utilised to craft RTD beverages. Previously utilised additives includes:

  • Flavours: watermelon, strawberry, orange, mango, passionfruit, pineapple, guava, lychee, apple, berry, grape

  • Hops

  • Tonics

Spirits licensing

IDL holds a valid customs license for spirit products. Both our Moorabool manufacturing facility and off-site warehouse are bonded under different license numbers.

We have previously imported authentic Tequila from Mexico and Bourbon from the US.
